The alkaline water tastes good!! It taste better than the small bottle alkaline drops. The attached tap outlet feature can be a little bit longer as it is too close to the counter top to place the glass/cup below to catch the water. Other than that, it’s easy to use. Be sure to remove all plastic stickers on the filter holder. The blue light doesn’t light up at all like the PUR counter top filter to show that it’s still usable. Have to wait for at least 2.5 months to see if it will show that the filter is at its end. Get this! It’s better than taking alkaline tabs or drops.

I have funky tasting faucet water and no water filtration in the fridge, so I needed one of these. Idea is great, but it runs out fast! The filters don’t seem to work as I can still taste the funky water. The filters are more expensive than I want to pay and they don’t last long. Make sure to follow the directions as you do need to submersh the filters for at least 10 mins, prior to inserting. I didn’t have a good experience with it, but someone else might. I wouldnt buy again.

The first dispenser arrived with the reservoir cracked, even though it looked to be very well packed. I’m so glad I returned it and ordered another one! Totally worth it. I just returned it to a Whole Foods. Easy peasy. I love this water dispenser! The size is perfect for me. It’s narrow but holds a lot of water! It is only for me. I drink tons of water. Not like the average person. I fill it up about every 24 hours. You have to fill it twice for it to be at full capacity. It has to run down the reservoir and filter completely, then fill it again for a full load. I leave it on the kitchen counter. I prefer drinking water at room temperature. I highly recommend this water dispenser. The water is between 8-9 alkalinity. It helps my acid reflux. The water tastes crisp and fresh. Love it!
