We are very pleased with the shipping time. These are replacement filters, since we have misplaced the first set of replacement filters that came with the original filtration system. We will definitely be buying these again.

I bought the H9 system in February of 2023. It’s now April 2025 and one of the three bottom filters of the system (the WD-P3) has been discontinued.
I contacted customer service and they came back with a suggestion to use a different filter (the P1, which is already one of the bottom three bottom filters). Visibly, this is a different filter, and my concern is it will adversely effect the performance of my RO system, but this is the only option I’m left with.
So this is your “buyer beware”. It’s been a great product with responsive customer service that I would have wholeheartedly recommended to anyone, except that it’s a big time and money investment to now essentially be discontinued after only two years.
If you’re gonna buy from Waterdrop, backlog 5+ year’s worth of filters.

These are great filters. My only gripe is the price. They used to be around 30 for this same set. Also, when I bought the original H9 system it didn’t come with a free extra set as shown in the photo.
Again they are great filters and I understand things cost more now but when they give these away for free with the original system 30 seems like a much more reasonable price.
