    The dispenser is easy to fill and fits nicely in my fridge. You don’t have to put it in the fridge if you prefer room-temp water, but it might be bulky on your countertop. The tap is sturdy and doesn’t leak. You can’t pull it down all the way or you’ll break it, and you have to hold it down continuously as it dispenses. Some taps you can press all the way down and take your finger off and it’ll still dispense. But it’s not an issue. Because I don’t have alkaline test strips I don’t know the pH of it, but I think the water tastes “cleaner, fresher”. Filters are super easy to change, just remember to take the plastic film off before you put it in! Haven’t seen the little light on top turn red yet to show I need to change the filter, but it’s a cool feature.
