This product could honestly earn either one star(cause it failed) and five stars(cause of their service and action). I ordered it as a replacement because the original unit started causing hammering noises after 21 months of use, making it unusable. Despite reducing the water pressure, the issue persisted. After reading various comments, it seemed the filter had failed, so I decided to purchase a new one.
The installation was straightforward—a simple quarter turn, and that was it. However, I still experienced hammering, and eventually, the flow would stop. When I reduced the flow to a very low setting, it worked without the hammering, but it took a long time to fill a bottle.
I reached out to Waterdrop for assistance, and they asked for the usual details, such as where I purchased it and the specific issues I was facing. To my surprise, they sent me a complete new kit, including a tap, pipes, filter, and the box where the filter screws in. I replaced just the box and the filter, and now everything is functioning perfectly.
If you encounter any issues, I recommend contacting them through their website under the “Contact Us” section. They were very helpful! Finally, the taste and water quality have always been great I am happy with that.

This is my 3rd filter… they say they last a year but i have to replace them every 3 months. Yes, the water comes out pretty good. But filters are not cheap and don’t last even half of they advertised time. Today (08/10/24) I’m ordering a new replacement for the filter installed on 04/27/24 See the pictures. One is cold water (filter) vs hot water (no filter) UPDATE (09/02/24) I moved my review from 2 stars to 4. Customer service contacted me and offered either a refund or a replacement of the product due to the issues with the previous filters. I got 2 new filters without any charge basically next day. I do like how clean the water comes, but my issue is the longevity of the filters. We’ll see of this new ones last more than 3 months.

Under normal circumstances this is a 15 minute install. But of course me being me,it ended up taking me about 3 hours, because the person that installed the sink in our granite countertop couldn’t take the time to shorten the lines. He just shoved everything up behind the Deep sink, which made it exceptionally hard for me to drag everything down and put together. But after defeating him , it was well worth the time and effort. I’ve enclosed a few photos the show underneath the sink and the finished product above. Highly recommend the setup. It’s a 6 stage filter, well worth the money. I highly recommend the system and the company that produced it.

Installed July of 2024. Filters do not last long as they claim. Water pressure will drop. With a TDS meter it measures the same amount as our unfiltered water. Hmmm? It’s been removed

I don’t know about this filter. I decided to open it up. Tell me if it’s actually doing anything. Water does taste different after installing but not so sure about the plastic strands inside of the filter. ( check video I posted)
