- 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The user manual provides simple instructions on how to install this water pressure tank. You get a 1/4″quick-connect design out-of-the-box. All you have to do to complete the installation is to cut off the water outlet tubing of the tankless RO water filter systems, then insert both ends of the tubing into the tank. If your water pipe is 3/8″, please contact customer service.
- 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞:After installation, please confirm if PE pipe is cut smoothly. If not, cut the tubing squarely and cleanly. Make sure the tubing is fully inserted.
- 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐤: Please check if there is a washer connecting the ball valve, if not, please contact us for a new ball valve.
- 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭: Please check if the internal membrane breaks. Unsrew off the stem and you will see a protruding charging valve, then press the charging valve. If water flows out, it indicates the internal membrane breaks. Please change a new storage tank. If no water flows out, please contact customer service.
- 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: If you connect ro system to refrigerator through the mini tank, replace the filter in your refrigerator with bypass.

Imprescindible si tienes un sistema de ósmosis de flujo directa sin depósito. No ocupa nada y el agua sale a tope desde el principio y sin esperas.

It’s working wonderfully. I had a plumber install it when installing the RO system

Initially, I thought it was broken and had to be thrown out after about a year. It was not obvious during install that there is a Schrader (bike style) valve on the underside. It is simple to refill (after getting on your knees and way back into wherever you installed it) with any manual pump. Only takes a few PSI (say 5-7) to get the instant water pressure back. Fingers crossed the bladder integrity holds. There is no gauge on the reservoir, so re-pressurizing is an art one will have to master through trial and error.

Works great, a must have if your Waterdrop device is also hooked to your ice maker.

I’ve had a tankless RO system for 2 years now and I’ve just dealt with the low pressure going to my refrigerator. Finally, I decided to look up a solution and found this item. I decided to take a chance and lo and behold, IT WORKS! I was a bit nervous to cut my line to the refrigerator without know that this will actually work, but I took a chance anyways. I’m happy to say that I now have enough pressure going to my refrigerator from this to fill up the ice maker and make a glass of water before it starts to slow down again. But luckily, by the time it starts to slow now, the RO system is flowing and the water is steady. Previously, when I get water from my refrigerator, the RO system would turn on and then shut off constantly causing the water to just pump out slowly. Now I don’t have this problem anymore.

I ended up adding Waterdrops small water pressure tank for my fridge ice maker. I had a minor issue installing and emailed the company. They have been great to communicate with through email and have taken an extra step to ensure I did not have issues and the product worked as it should. I will recommend this company to everyone.

I dont feed my RO to my fridge yet. I got this to improve the pressure on the faucet, took 14 seconds before to fill up 1 cup, after i installed this, it takes 6-7 seconds. love it! I think this should be included when you spend $700 on your RO system in the first place.

This pressure tank works with the Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis systems to boost pressure to refrigerator ice maker and cold water outlet. The installation was slowed because fittings were not included to allow connection to ⅜” compression fittings in the water line to the refrigerator. I had to make two trips to Home Depot to get the correct fittings. Tank itself works as advertised and installation was straightforward. The Pressure Tank base does not support the tank which tends to roll over and must be supported to stay in place.

My waterdrop filter is in the basement and feeds the refrigerator ice maker and counter faucet. The pressure was low and the fridge stopped making ice. After I installed the pressure tank, the ice maker started to work perfectly and the faucet begins faster. This is a must buy, it really should come with the filter itself. With my setup, there is no equipment taking up space. Highly recommend.

Used to help push water to refrigerator water dispenser. Easy installation and working great.

was easy to install. because of the size, check your measurements to insure it fits in your space. the water tap could be a little larger.

Like others pointed out, this eliminates the delay before water starts coming out of the faucet. Without the tank, not only there is that delay, but water also starts as a tickle, gradually increasing the flow. Not the end of the world, but very annoying. So much for the idea of a tankless – get this, and life will be easier. The tank evens out the flow quite nicely. It is so much easier to handle than regular size RO tank, but because of the size I don’t expect it to last as long.
A couple of notes:
It does have an air valve at the bottom, under that blue plastic base. This is not mentioned in the manual or anywhere else for that matter.
It does not want to stand upright. The blue plastic base is too small for that (why?) and tubing is too rigid. Filling it with water does not help much. Tubing needs to be secured to the wall to solve this.
They give you all the fittings you need, but no lock clips are included. Why, Waterdrop?
