Ordered 4 of those for me and the whole family and it’s absolutely the worst! 1 month in and the water pressure is like a thin thread. I want an exhange and I don’t have a way to contact the merchand. Don’t waste your time and search for another one. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews and even if it’s not good I’ll take it but when you order for worth 400$ of filters and it’s not working there’s def a problem in the merchandise.

Easy to install , comes with everything you need, can filter 19k gallons of water before it needs to be changed , at leased thsts what they claim, I use it for my espresso machine so 19k gallons of coffee will take me years , I might have to change it sooner lol, quality build replacement filter costs half the price of the unit , 30$ as of November 2023.

Bought this filter to use on our kitchen sink because we are on well water. To see if the filter actually filters like it says we tested the water. In the photo, we tested two unfiltered faucets and the faucet with the Waterdrop filter. For control, we made sure all faucets were turned to COLD water and we ran the filtered faucet for 10 min to ensure any contamination in the faucet was flushed out. Well water test was purchased on waterdropoutlet.com from AquaVial. Results: after following the test’s instructions we are happy to say that all water passed the 48 hour test and deemed safe to use. HOWEVER, the interesting results happened on day 3 onward. The test says disregard results after 48hrs and that even small amounts of dead bacteria can trigger a change. On day 3, the two vials containing unfiltered water started to change to light pink from yellow which yellow means the water is good. We were surprised to see that even 7 days later the vial containing filtered water from the Waterdrop 0.01 micron filter still has remained unequivocally yellow. It has not changed color since the first day and counting. Because of this, it is clear based on tests that the Waterdrop filter is highly effective. We recommend everyone who is concerned about their water to use this filter as a big step closer to safer water.

Best water filter ever. Have tried multiple ones you hook up to your faucet. Those sucked. Hydroviv sucked and was way to expensive. You can smell and taste the difference with this. HOWEVER. i did need to buy and extra part cause i have a plastic water line tube.

We have very hard water with a frequent chlorine smell. Among other things, it kills coffee pots in no time. Not to mention, the chlorine makes the coffee taste like ….We would normally use a pitcher filter, but that can be a PITA. Decided to give this a try. Installed under the kitchen sink. Installation is a breeze. You only need a screwdriver to mount the bracket. What a difference! No chlorine smell or taste. No more sediment in the coffee pot. Like it so much we bought one for our RV. Park water is notorious for tasting awful. This filter removes all the odor and taste. No more buying several gallons of bottled water while traveling. After doing my research I decided on this ultrafiltration instead of RO since RO almost wastes as much or more water to produce the purified product. The filter was very easy to install and we use it for our cold water at the kitchen sink. I poured a glass of pre-filtered water and filtered and my wife and I did a blind taste test multiple times. The difference in taste of the filtered was obvious and was picked easily as the winner at each test. The fact that it can go 2 years before filter change is a big plus. This was a great cost effective filter to improve the water quality from plastics and contaminants.

I ordered this water filter system and could not install it fully at first because the hose connector provided did not fit my sink’s water outlet. I contacted customer service asking for the correct connector part and Olivia C. from their company got back to me within a day to ask for more details and then sent out the connector part to me and I received it within a week. Olivia also sent me an extra filter set for the troubles. The water filter system has been up and running for a month now without any issues. The water quality definitely improved as I can taste the difference. I hope the filter last as long as advertised. Will update if there are any issues.
