I have given the company ample opportunity to fix the issues below.

Package arrived unscathed but all three cartridge filters were open and not in sealed packaging as I would have expected. The 1 inch inlet and outlet are not NPT per product notes. Notes on the housing clearly state to wrap fittings with at least 10 wraps of Teflon, which I did (more like 15 and industry standard is 3-4) and still I have leaks.

Company response was to put Teflon on the fittings.
