Works great. Holds a lot of water and we love the touch functionality (on and off button). Easy to fill lid makes it very simple to fill, especially if you have a hose-style faucet. One thing to be mindful of is that it seems to have some sediment for the first few fills. We noticed some sediment in our water which has now cleared. Not really an issue, but something to be mindful of (maybe a filter “priming” thing?).

Water tastes great. Doesn’t have a “tasteless” quality to it – has some mineral “character” left to it.

I ordered this filter a year ago, and I’ve been very happy with it! It’s truly much better than the classic gravity filters and much more convenient. The water tastes exactly like nothing, which is excellent! The filters last for a reasonable amount of time, and nothing compares to filling the filter and then immediately being able to get the filtered water without waiting for gravity to push the water through the filter.

Highly recommended, especially if you’re getting tired of the regular filters!

DO NOT BUY. Works fine, but when it comes time to replace a filter- forget about it, you can’t. I’ve purchased 3 times (2 for myself, 1 for a friend) and all 3 times have not been able to replace the water filter because it gets jammed. waterdropoutlet.com stated I needed to contact the company to get a refund, I’ve contacted their customer support and they have made a long laundry list of request that I submit to possibly get a refund…

I’ve been using this water drop filter for months, I regularly replace my filter and today I decided to test the quality of the water it filters. The device used to test the water tests the level of solids dissolved in the water, my tap water was at 120ppm and that same tap water increased to 172ppm after being ran through this water filter/dispenser. I am very disappointed that this was not only failing to purify my water but actually made it worse.

Takes just a little get used to, in that the slower trickle requires an adjustment of patience if you are accustomed to a slightly more torrential downpour of water in the ZeroWater pitcher, for example. Works great! I researched for quite a long time to find a product that minimized the plastic in my mother’s drinking water and doesn’t cost $400+. I love that the reservior is glass and it filters the water on the way OUT of the reservoir and into the glass. The first one that was delivered did not work–we plugged it in and nothing happened. However, customer service was wonderful and sent us a new unit. We set it up this weekend and it is working great! My mom loves it and it is nice to have the peace of mind that she is getting enough hydration without having to rely on plastic water bottles or drinking straight from the tap. I received this water dispenser from Waterdrop and it was very well packaged . Everything was included but the charging cable was missing. I called customer service at Waterdrop and they were very easy to get ahold of and assured me that a new cable would be on the way. Since it was on a Saturday it would be shipping during normal business hours.

Since then I have received emails from customer service letting me know that they were sending me 2 charging cables. Customer Service Rep , Krystal , has been especially nice contacting me with updates and thanking me for my patience , which I must say is unusual for this kind of support from a company to give a customer this kind of service shows they are really committed to going above and beyond the norm when all I did was make one call requesting a charging cable..I have been very impressed with how this company operates and Krystal has been wonderful to deal with !!! The waterdrop dispenser looks great as well, I chose the glass dispenser , look forward to using it and the cord is on it’s way !!!
