I can’t say enough about how well this company treated me. 2 purchases of this filter. First lasted less then a year. Not to bad I guess. The second filter i ordered lasted less them 30 days. There web site says around 2 year live span. Less then 30 days is a joke. I could tolerate less then a year I guess for the price. To feel up my coffee pot to make a pot of coffee seems to be around 4 minutes to fill up with water.

Great tasting water and lasts a long time. I change mine every six months but the water tastes fine at the 6 month point.
Easy to install at all your sinks and easy to remove if you move out. No impact on household water pressure because each sink can have its own filter. I have one filter in the kitchen and in each bathroom sink.

We used our last filter for over a year with no problems but had to replace it, so we purchased this through waterdropoutlet.com. After installing it, we followed instructions and flushed it for a while. However, after about 1 month of use, all of these fish-food-looking flakes started to appear. I have no idea what they are, but they do not come from the tap water, so there is clearly some sort of contaminant in the filter. It’s disgusting because if I filled my stainless steel water bottle, I would not be able to see it!

It was only $34 with tax and I now have pure tapwater for two more years or 16,000 gallons. It’s so easy to install and to replace the filter. It’s a simple matter of unscrewing the old one and screwing in the new one. The water purification unit has five layers of filtration. I used heavy duty Velcro to attach it to the side of the cabinet, and the Velcro enables leveling adjustments. and I set it on top of a little shelf made up of some of the Styrofoam packaging materials. This little shelf keeps the lines from being stressed and allows the unit to remain level and stable so that it can filtrate optimally.

I have had this product installed for over a year, I’m on my 3rd filter (RF15) and installed this on March 20, 2024. It’s not April 25, 2024 and the filter has stopped working. nothing comes out when I turn it on. if I go under the cabinet remove it and then put it back in it works, barely, for a few minutes then stops again. this “Not working” happens all the time with this filter. but normally it’s because it’s getting close to the end of it’s life, but I literally installed this just over a month ago and it’s already stopped working. it’s getting exhausting having to crawl under the cabinet over and over again just to get this unit to work. Ok Update7-2024: I’m Done. I have replaced the lines, the filter (2 times) in the last month and it just is not working anymore. I don’t know how WaterDrop has such a high rating. This thing is horrible and just does not work at all. I’m over it and will look for a different brand and Never get anything from this company again.
