I installed this product and 5 minutes later we had great tasting water. The previous smell was gone and the lousy taste had disappeared. Terrific product. I would recommend this for any one wanting to install an under-the-sink water filter system. There was a very slight leak after installation and I sent an email to the company. They sent me a new fitting IMMEDIATELY and I replaced the original. Really, really great service. Since then I’ve ordered a replacement filter for when it will be needed. Again, great product that works extremely well and terrific after-sales customer service. Buy it and you won’t be sorry.

It’s a water filter, not too much to add unless you use test kits to assess water quality. Simply said, water taste Great and I REALLY appreciate the 3 year life of the filter. Quick tip: place a piece of tape and write install date or expiration date to filter to make the time of changing out much easier. Also, recommend, if you like the filter, to buy an extra one and keep it stored for your next change. You Never know when they may no longer make this model of filter. Enjoy!

This is hands down the best water filter on the market for the money. I’ve been using this product for three plus years. My city water has a strong chlorine taste and is not perfectly clear. This filter removed one hundred percent of the bad taste and the water is nice and clear even after three years. I changed it because that’s what the company recommended. It’s not meant to make your water medical grade. For that you should get an RO system which costs three times more and wastes a ton of water and uses multiple filters. This filter fits nicely under my sink and is a three second process to change. I love it because the water tastes great. If this is your first water filter, buy the kit that comes with a stainless faucet that will mount to your sink and comes with all the necessary plumbing accessories. It provides great water pressure and you will love it. waterdropoutlet.com sells this kit as well. I totally recommend it!

This is the 3rd time this happens with these filters. After 2 to 6 months of regular household use, white flakes are coming out of the filter. These filters are supposed to last a couple of years. Their customer service replace me one of the filters and as soon as the replacement filter arrived the same problem developed. I called the again, and they were supposed to get this resolved but nothing happen. Looking for a different option now.

I was pretty happy with the filter and have them installed under two sinks. One of them broke while we were on vacation and flooded the kitchen. So much for those 100k cyclic pressure tests. I guess they don’t last 3 years after all.

Honestly, I was skeptical. But I put one of these under my kitchen sink and another one under my bathroom sink. We have a lot of sediment in our well water and it is very smelly. Before I put these in I would gag at the thought of drinking it.

We have filters on our well pump and they need to be changed every 3 months.

These filters lasted almost a YEAR, and even then the water was still better than before I installed them.

I highly recommend this system.
