I have several watedrop filters in my home, this one was for my refrigerator water dispenser and Ice maker. Living in San Antonio Tx. we have some of the hardest water in the country and this filter really makes a difference on the quality of ice my refrigerator makes.

While I cannot attest to its effectiveness, it seems to work well and last long. The water tastes fine. Theoretically, it should remove most bacteria, an added feature not apparently present in most under-sink filters.

This might be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! We usually have to drink bottled water because our water at home is filled with chlorine. We were upgrading our sink which came with a regular faucet and then a small soap pump dispenser which this faucet fit perfectly into where the soap pump would go. Water is crystal clear and no taste or smell. Super easy to install ourselves. And no more buying expensive cases of water and having to dispose of the water bottles. Highly recommended!

I purchased this with a faucet some time ago. The flow rate went way down to a trickle almost after about 6 months. I thought it was the filter so I replaced it. Still very low flow. I reached out to customer service. They also sent a new filter. Same problem. When I reached out again they escalated it and sent a whole new filter head with another filter as well as a prefilter. I wanted to see if it was just the filter head before I added the pre filter and that was the problem. It was immediately fixed!

They followed up with emails. I’m really quite amazed at their customer service. Very happy with everything.

I love this filter. It works really well. I tend to have sensitivities to regular filters maybe because they filter out minerals- I’m not sure but this particular one works really well and I’m not negatively affected. Worth every penny and I’ll probably change out every 6 months- just me.

Good product. The water doesn’t have a taste which is good. The filter only lasted for 23 months and caused a water leak when it failed. I still replaced the old one with a new one but installed a water catcher under it.
