        I already have a waterdrop under sink water system, I stand by that, highly recommend anything this company puts out. I live in a fifth wheel in a rural area. We are on well water, and water here smells like rotten eggs. Very hard, harsh water with lots of debris. This! As soon as I attached it, and cleared my hot water tank, now my water has a very feint smell, which I suppose will go over time, hopefully. But the feint smell of written eggs is better than what I was smelling before. My hair dries out really easily with hard water and my skin as well. So using this helps so much, I’ve used camco pure whatever thingy, and cheaper ones but this takes the cake. I will stick with Waterdrop. They are great and make good quality products for both homes on foundation and homes on wheels. They stand up to the harsh water in my area, and last as long as they say it will. Camco is great but your really just paying for their brand, not much for quality, especially hard, harsh stinky water. They last one month, waterdrop last 2 to 3 months maybe longer, depending. Not to mention, waterdrop is better quality and better price. I’d rather buy two of these for 40, and last 6 to 8 months instead of 70 for 2 to 3 months. Camco is a rip off compared. Totally. Buy buy camco.

        The filter is good but the hose connector is defective. Installed and when I got home from work the yard was flooded since the piece came apart. Seller should refund a portion or send replacement.

        I use this for my aquarium . I tested the water from tap left side vial and then with the filter and i can see the chlorine test was almost negative

        I am not sure how long it was before I noticed the failure (my water bill will tell the tail), but I have never seen a hose connector fail. I haven’t tested the efficacy of the filter – I hope it works better than their accessories. I would either buy or make a connector. very dissatisfied and will not buy again.

        This filter works well, it reduced the smell of chlorine from the water. However, the adapter came apart as soon as it warmed up in the direct sunlight. The hose became very soft in the heat. I purchased a different connector at the hardware store and it works great. Again, the actual filter does it’s job.

        I have purchased these filters twice. Of the 4 purchased, 3 worked well. The 4th one must have been defective as the water did not pass thru it well. Got nothing but a dribble. I had to remove it.

        Filter works as expected. Luckily I was sitting outside my RV when the hose protector blew apart spraying water all over. If you install one keep an eye on it. I had only used it twice.

        This helped immediately to reduce the chlorine smell in my city water but it has become less effective very quickly. I guess I need something larger. No leaks after tightening with a wrench. No carbon particles in the water after flushing as recommended.
