I love the convenience of having excellently filtered water available with just the press of a lever at the kitchen sink; I love that it’s contained in a way that makes it easy to see what filters need to be changed and when and so easy to change the filters; the whole system is so well contained under the sink and looks attractive rather than messy with lots of tubes hanging everywhere; customer service has been exceptional!! I got the filter about 4 and half years ago and I have not been disappointed. It’s somewhat pricey for my liking but since I don’t have to carry big packs of water up and down the stairs anymore, I’m pretty satisfied. They also last for quite some time and are pretty easy to change. I don’t see myself using another one (unless there is a significant price drop).
