   after my review, the customer service team reached out and offered me consideration for my disappointment in the product. Although my review stands as it is, I will give it a 5/5 for the customer service alone.

   Cute design, need to pop the lid off every refill.

   Refills are fast, but the water doesn’t taste as good as the major brand.

   I’ve had a couple of different brands of filter jug and I love this one. Very fast filtering, water tastes good (no more chlorine or icky after-taste!). I use this in my kettle as well as for cold water, and for my dogs water bowls. I like the ease of filling, the quick filtering and the indicator function. The only minor issue I’ve had is that the lid has a tendency to fall off if the jug is tilted slightly too far (eg filling kettle or dog bowl) so I need to keep hold of it but otherwise, it’s been a great product. I got it in the sale for less than £13 so great value

   Good quality product for the price paid. It filters water quickly and pours a good amount from spout. Everybody has their own preference on taste quality but I would compare it to a bottle of water quality. At times I forget about the filter and when checking on the filter life light on top I’m always surprised that it shows not needing to be replaced. It sure does feel like it filters through 200 gallons before needing to be replaced. This is also in factor that I live with two roommates who are water fanatics. So high usage and still felt the time between replacements was extensive. Also enjoyed seeing the battery is still alive on checker as well as does not rot from being submerged in water on initial full fill on top after having and using for almost 2 years.

   日本製は体に悪いものをフィルター内部に使ってろ過のスピードを速めていますが、こちらはフィルターが平らで広がっているので広範囲から水がろ過されるのでろ過のスピードが速いです。たくさん使っても3カ月おいしいです。大満足です。

    I picked this over other bigger name brands as the filter replacements are much more affordable and accessible. The pitcher itself is great quality super sleek and I love the pink! The water filters pretty darn quick but it’s smaller than I thought it would be. Do read in detail how to prime the filter. I thought I’d just throw it in but I’m glad I decided to read instructions first for best results. The light is nice to have I just turn it on to check every once in a while I just had my first red light and need my first replacement filter after about 8weeks

    I stopped filling water bottles at the stand after an accident, and I couldn’t drive for several months but can’t stand the taste of the local water. This filter takes all the bad taste out and I don’t have to leave home! Now, a gallon of water is pretty heavy and that has been a challenge so pouring water now is a two-handed operation. The lid is tricky but if you just keep your right forefinger on the lid while pouring it stays in place. I get impatient when refilling for the filter to woek so I can fill the pitcher up all the way, but I usually only have to add water just twice. The cost is fair and has been recovered by saving all the quarters (now thirty cents!) I used to spend at the stand.

    This water filtering pitcher is the best one we have used yet. The design with the fill hole on top is ingenious. It is easy to install a new filter. We got the smaller pitcher to fit our needs. It holds just the right amount of filtered water to fill our coffee pod coffe maker’s water reservoir. Once refilled, it holds enough filtereld water for our daily needs. The pitcher fits in our refrigerator and our lifestyle perfectly. It functions exceptionally well. The water is always refreshingly filtered and chilled when we pull the pitcher out of the refrigerator. Such a wonderful value for the price paid.

    Tenía dudas con referencia al certificado NSF/ANSI y sus clasificaciones para este producto. He contactado a Waterdrop que me han aclarado cualquier duda. Mi duda era que los códigos nsf correspondientes a este producto no incluían el código nsf 60 que certifica un control de fluor en el agua después de filtrada.
    Karina, del servicio al cliente, me explicó que aunque los certificados nsf de este producto correspondían al filtrado de cloro, plomo, olores y sabores, estos filtros, al ser de un muy buen carbón activado de coco elimina una cantidad considerable de posible fluor contenido en el agua.
    También más allá del deber y como compensación me ofrecieron enviarme una jarra extra. Les acepte un obsequio de un filtro extra y en pocos días me ha llegado un generoso obsequio. Les agradezco tanto éste como su dedicada atención al cliente y la tranquilidad que me da el saber que definitivamente este producto cumple lo que promete y efectivamente elimina gran parte del fluor en el agua lo cual era la razón por la que compré esta jarra.     I have had this pitcher for over 2 yrs now and love it! The filters are a bit pricey but the fresh taste of the water beats that anytime! My daughter mistakenly poured a whole cup lemonade on the filter section once and it actually filtered the lemonade! The only reason we realized she’d done it was because it tasted like light lemon water, no color, no sugar, just light lemon flavor. The design is great, even if you fill the unfiltered water to the top and pour water into your cup, the unfiltered water will not come out, and your pour will only be the filtered water. I love that they had it in PINK!

    I wasn’t too sure about these water filters thingies. But I ordered this pitcher / filter,, OMG! Such a BIG difference in the taste of my faucet / tap water. I used to could not drink water because of the metal , or whatever taste it has, . This filter makes my water taste like store bought bottled water. I had resorted to the CIRKUL flavored water, but that got old and expensive, Plus, I still had the bad tap water in my system. So,,, ya, definitely a game changer for me. I sip on my water all day!! 👍
