   Na het openmaken van de verpakking, de instructies gevolgd met het onderdompelen van het filter en het reinigen van de houder.
   Dacht ik even of dat er weinig verschil zat in het kraanwater en het gefilterd water. Na een aantal keren het water gefilterd te hebben merk ik wel verschil. Het water smaakt aanzienlijk zachter en de koffie smaakt ook beter. Even het filter de kans geven om zijn werk te doen.

   We’re enjoying our pitcher! We were going through 1-2 gallon jugs per day. We wanted to be more environmentally friendly so we gave this guy a shot. It’s pretty easy set up, but still keep your instructions. There are a few easily explained steps to install and activate the filter. I do wish it was bigger. I’m sure they make them bigger. But it’d have to be huge to keep up with our family. We all have 30+ ounce cups we refill all day and as long as the previous person refilled it, it’ll just basically take the whole pitcher. It’s not hard at all to refill, just time consuming. You could just fill the reservoir up and pop it in the fridge.. but that won’t fill it up quite all the way. So you have to wait a couple minutes for it to filter and add some more. That’s just personal preferences, really. It’s a great pitcher, regardless of size. And we’re glad to have it.

   I love this product; we purchased two. The container is crystal clear! The water filter works like a charm. We get water faster. We got one for us and one for our furbaby. By far the best water filter jug we ever gotten. We will continue our business with this vendor; specifically for this product.

   Ich nutze jetzt schon seit ein paar Tagen diesen Filter, und muss sagen man bemerkt schon dass es sich was bringt. Der Kalk im Leitungswasser wird dadurch beseitigt, was dazu führt, dass das Wasser besser schmeckt und auch gesünder ist. Zudem dauert das Filtern auch nicht sehr lange. Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr gutes Produkt, welches zum empfehlen ist.

   If I could give 10 stars, I would.

   After 4 years of constant use, the battery on the indicator light died, so I sent an email to Waterdrop asking how to replace the battery because the compartment didn’t look like it could be opened (not a huge deal, I would have just written the date on a sticker, but the light was convenient).
   An employee named Harper W responded immediately by sending me a whole new pitcher/lid/filter, which arrived the very next day, and also 2 more complimentary filters, without charging me anything at all (a lot of companies charge shipping when sending replacing parts, even when it’s in warranty, so I was so impressed it was free).

   Above and beyond impressed with this kind of customer service, they clearly want to keep their customers. Thank you Waterdrop for keeping me on board. I will continue to use my pitcher and order new filters when I run out.

   I love this water filter so much! This is way better than the Britta brand and much bigger. We were looking for a water filter that would last longer and not have to refill all the time and this one is it. You also have the option to purchase new filters which is a plus.

   Looks great, works great. Very easy to use and it fits in your fridge door perfectly. The only thing I could make a complaint about it that the filter needs to be held underwater for 10 minutes prior to use. Seems strange, but im guessing it’s to get all the filters inside wet and ready to work properly, but thats just my guess. So thats my only gripe. Pretty sure youd love this pitcher. Also the filters last a very long time so you get a much bigger bang for your buck. The filters work well. I have a water solids tester and a pH tester and the pitcher really filters put that stuff great. I love in Milwaukee and if you make ice with tap water youd see residue on the bottom of the glass after they melted and now they don’t. I use this water for drinking and for ice in my ice maker as well as my humidifier as to keep the scaling away and keep them running properly and this helps that perfectly. Buy it. You’ll like it

    This is great! For a FEW reasons!! I live in Southwest Florida and I drink like 2 gallons of water a day… I was having 5 gallon bottles delivered and went through like nine a month. I was gonna get evicted because I had nowhere to store them… I did my research And finally decided to pull the cord (with most of the filter pictures the cost was prohibitive to me because I was having to replace the filter so frequently) I purchased two of these and I am so so so glad! These are above and beyond your regular water filter pitcher. I’m not supposed to say the names of other companies, but I will say that one of the major companies, my cousin‘s roommate created so I literally had them for free and still the filter didn’t last long enough… These pictures have (a battery powered ?) light on the top, which tells you when your filter is going to get low and needs to be replaced… Hoping that works, will check back in when the timing is appropriate on that… HUGE cool thing… there is a hole on the top of the pitcher (with a clear lid that auto closes) so you don’t have to take the top off the picture to fill it up!!! Where I live on this tiny island, the water is disgusting! There’s things floating in it that you can see when poured out of the tap… These pictures have filtered them perfectly. I make ice with the water. I drink the water. I make protein shakes with the water and about two weeks in so far it’s been great! The only negative is the color is off… It’s NOT as pictured pink more like a dull coral .. but as far as how they work 5 stars!!
