Even though my original warranty had expired years ago, they offered me a replacement unit at a discounted price, with a simple return process for the old one.

   This level of service is rare these days. Not many companies are willing to help customers once the warranty period has ended, let alone four years later.    Works just like new after 6 months of daily use (2 adults 1 toddler). Nothing has broken and water still taste great. We mostly use the manual volume setting and dispense into a pitcher so we have instant availability of large volumes of water.
