  • I already setting everything! Am glad I purchased this jar, is a must need item am glad I got it. I can store it on my fridge door. The water filter is good the size is great

  • There was one piece the water feed adapter was something I couldn't use for my setup. I only needed the white hose from adapter but it can't be removed from the Feed adapter. I had to buy additional hose to complete my setup

  • I wanted to buy this filter, but went to NSF website to see if they had indeed certified the filter as advertised. They have not, at least not currently. Perhaps they did in the past. Currently, only the 42 certification exists on the NSF website. Waterdrop filters are manufactured by Ecolife Technologies.

  • Please advise I love my filter system under my sink it works perfectly. However, getting filters seems to be a chore. These came in damaged and I have to return the damaged ones and wait on new ones. Not sure why they would want these back but I suppose ill go through the hassle of taking these back so I’m not charged twice 🤦🏼‍♂️

  • We are on municipal water with no significant sediment or any other impurities in the water. I bought this to add an extra layer of filtration for arsenic, heavy metals, and any other items. I love everything about this, except for the waste. We specifically bought this because of the 3 cups of pure water to 1 cup of waste, water ratio. I thought I heard it running pretty frequently for flushing, so I put out a 5 gallon bucket under the red waste water tube and specifically poured 1.5 gallons of water from the Waterdrop faucet. Sure enough, it then pumped out a little over 2 gallons of waste water, so almost 1:1 ratio. I figured maybe this was a one off and I would just let it cycle/purge overnight and start again in the morning. Well, I just poured myself one cup of water and I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story. The clear container is exactly one cup of water, The green container is the amount of waste water that was pumped out. Something is not right. I’m not sure if this is defective, or just the norm, but advertising the 3:1 ratio is wildly inaccurate. **UPDATE** the manufacturer responded to my email and said that even if I poured as small as 8 ounces, the filter will flush after each use. They do not consider that “waste” water. By my calculations, it's 1L of wastewater for every time you turn on the faucet. Even for a few drops of water. I've done 8oz of water - it was 3oz direct waste water plus 36oz of flush wastewater. So 8oz clean to 39oz waste. I've done 56oz into a bottle, and it's 36oz direct wastewater + the 36oz flush. So still not 1:1. This system is advertised as up to a 3 clean to 1 waste ratio. How is this NOT A LIE??? This thing sends your water bill through the roof!!!

  • Plus version did not appear to fit my LG LRMVC2306 French Door refrigerator. Waterdrop sent a tool to adjust the fixture on the refrigerator and now I'm good to go.

  • These bags were going to be great... perfect size and flexible enough for arthritic hands to hold and squeeze water out without pain. I returned and requested a replacement because 2 of the three botttle/bags seriously leaked and the other one dribbled water out. As the leaking was just from the tops, I am hopeful that I just got a bad lot of them. The 3rd one that dribbled in my bag didn't lose that much water and it was in a waterproof bag (there was only 1 other item in the bag, so it didn't dribble because a lot of pressure was on it!). If that doesn't bother you, I would recommend these for clipping onto the outside of your bag, bike, or whatever for outdoor activities, but not for carrying inside a bag in which there are things you don't want to get wet. The photo shows how much water leaked out (I filled it 3/4 and in 3 minutes there was only 1/4 water left in the bag and the rest was on the counter)...the lid was tightly screwed on. If the replacement ones are non-leaking I will update my review... fingers crossed...

  • Decent filter, can taste the improvement, but it's still got a little bit of chemical flavor. Biggest complaint is the filter is no longer 12 months as it was last time I ordered it 9 months ago.

  • Necks are clearly different so they do not fit. Same part numbers. Shame on me for planning ahead because now since I've had these a little while they are not eligible for return. Will find another place to buy from and it won't be waterdropoutlet.com. Seems sketchy it's not eligible for return.

  • It fits our whole house sediment filter perfectly. But it seems to swell up after couple of days in the water.

  • 2 purchases of this filter. First lasted less then a year. Not to bad I guess. The second filter i ordered lasted less them 30 days. There web site says around 2 year live span. Less then 30 days is a joke. I could tolerate less then a year I guess for the price. To feel up my coffee pot to make a pot of coffee seems to be around 4 minutes to fill up with water.

  • I love this product, I would also like to have the one that is cold water. Excellent quality.

  • Installed end of October 24 now six months later the water taste bad and filter is shot, they claim one year filter life but it’s far from it. Very disappointing.
