Great great great customer service. We had an issue with the taste of the water, but the seller did everything to resolve the problem. Thanks a tone

I have had this filter just a couple of days over 5 months and my change filter light has come on. I thought I purchased a year filter!! Very disappointing!

The life of the filter says 6 months, but mine only last 1 1/2months, and I can’t return. The product because it’s outside of the delivery date now

First time used after purchase about 2 months ago. Bought for the carabiner. It instantly broke AND cut my finger. Then when i removed the cap, it broke off. See photo. Leaving this in the plane.

Hands down the most delicious water you will ever have. This is now my preferred water all the time

I like this so much I am going to order another one. I've had it for 2 weeks and the lid stays secure, the filter stays secure when pouring water. It fits in the fridge if I want cold water nicely.

Four people used this for 4 days on a pretty grueling backpacking trip with some very very muddy water we also had some very clear spring water on the trip

Although I was initially disappointed because it wouldn’t fit on my master bath faucets (even with all the adapters!), it does fit on the faucets in the hall bathroom, so that was a relief. I had to take the filter cartridge and cover off of it, and screw it onto the faucets already attached to the adapter, as for some reason I couldn’t attach the filter by depressing the buttons like the directions say. It just wouldn’t attach securely. But screwing the whole thing on and then putting the filter and filter cover on afterward worked great. Contrary to the instructions, it did work on our square faucet. As far as water softening and filtering goes, it feels wonderful and my skin is softer, smoother, and shiny after washing with it. Very happy with my purchase!

I picked up this filter for my Kenmore side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer to replace the existing filter. For reference, we have a water softener that eliminates chlorine and pollutants prior to running into the fridge. I ran a test on the water quality (see attached photos) and the "Waterdrop 𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞" filtered water rated at 226, which ranks as "marginally acceptable / tap water." I tasted the filtered water and I have to agree with the test findings - it tastes like tap water. We typically drink bottled distilled water from a national delivery service and there is no finer taste, IMO. But the Waterdrop 𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 filtered water will work for the fridge's ice cube machine and for feeding our pets through the water dispenser on the fridge.

Setup was very easy and straightforward. Took about 45 mins from start to finish. Couple of small things are that this RO system won't work without power and is all electronically controlled. The unit seems to have a little burst causing a splash at first which might be fixed with turning faucet mode on. Overall the water is great. Our tap water is about 400ppm with my tester. I just have a cheap tester so ymmv with a legit one. The RO water is between 50 and 80 ppm which in guessing is due to the remineralization process. The after tastes much better. To replace all 3 filters will cost about $220 USD. I'm hoping that our high ppm tap water doesn't end up causing premature filter replacements, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. All in all I don't regret the purchase, but may have gotten a unit with a normal faucet in retrospect however the measuring of pours is a nice feature. I have used it extensively for water changes in our freshwater fish tank and it's been great. I fill a 5 gallon bucket in the sink with it since it sits high it fits perfectly. Toss in an Anova sous vide set at 82 degrees and it's pretty awesome RO solution for aquarium maintenance. Not quite sure on the filter cost over time yet but I ordered 2x of each of the cheaper filters just in case. I've likely used about 100 gallons so far for water changes so I'll update after the first filter shows replacement need.

I found black debris and particles left inside by opening the core of the filter after 3 months use. I would say this filter really worked.

Good quality product for the price paid. It filters water quickly and pours a good amount from spout. Everybody has their own preference on taste quality but I would compare it to a bottle of water quality. At times I forget about the filter and when checking on the filter life light on top I’m always surprised that it shows not needing to be replaced. It sure does feel like it filters through 200 gallons before needing to be replaced. This is also in factor that I live with two roommates who are water fanatics. So high usage and still felt the time between replacements was extensive. Also enjoyed seeing the battery is still alive on checker as well as does not rot from being submerged in water on initial full fill on top after having and using for almost 2 years.

I purchased this to filter the rinse water after we wash work vans and personal vehicles at the our shop. We are on city water. That being said there's still a lot of water spots not much less than whether I use them or not. I even put new filters in that I purchased when I bought them. No different scene. The manual says one gallon a minute I can't find any clarification if I have to reduce the flow or what the deal is. Any assistance would be great. I like the idea I like the platform, but the result is less than adequate

Somewhat tricky to install, and I had to buy a separate part to avoid drilling into my pipes, but was able to get it set up in about 2 hours by myself at 6 months pregnant. To be fair I used to work at an aquarium where I had to work on plumbing all the time. This is an intermediate level install. We’ve had some water quality issues with two boil water notices in the last year and our 1.5 year old hot water heater’s anode rod rusting through due to high levels of sediment, so I decided to take the plunge to get an RO machine. The water tastes so much better than the filtered water from our fridge, and it’s so convenient to have it connected to our sink. We did have to sacrifice our soap dispenser. To install, I first made sure we had a space to drill into the pipes for a drain, but due to the position of our garbage disposal we didn’t have a straight, removable pipe from our p-trap to the wall. I didn’t want to do permanent damage in case we want to replace it or move away, so I contacted water drop and after a few tries we came up with the solution to add a Y drain line connector to our dishwasher drain line that runs into our garbage disposal (https://a.co/d/54CAKHe). This was a great solution so I didn’t have to drill into my pipes. Before you finish installing - measure the lines and cut them down. They are all way too long. I didn’t realize it until I already had it installed and they’re a bitch to take back out once installed. I did end up cutting the red drain line and the RO water line, but couldn’t get the intake line back out so it is still long. I am happy with the results and the customer service and glad to feel safe drinking our water again! Be sure to triple tighten everything before turning the water back on SLOWLY. Photos: 1) faucet 2) video of setup 3) photo of setup 4)where customer service originally advised me to install the drain but as you can see the drain line is glued in so I wouldn’t have been able to replace that section if we move or disconnect the machine. 5) y valve that I bought to avoid drilling into pipe

We have a “GE Profile 27.9 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Door-in-Door in Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel” that we purchased in June 2024. Another review said that they peeled the label off of the old WXFE filter and put it on this WXF filter. I tried this and failed miserably. See photos. If you don’t have a WXFE filter installed the water doesn’t come out. There’s a bypass plug you can get if you want to use the water without the filter.
