  • Bought this water system to replace our frig built-in water filter which hasn't worked right since we purchased the frig. This filter fits nicely and takes up very little space, as you can see space is premium in our frig. The water filters quickly and is easy to fill. A great way to have fresh water on hand without the issues of the built-in frig filters.

  • I run a two filter system (in series) for my water supply. The first is the plain white 5 micron sediment filter followed by a carbon filter. In this case it is also 5 microns. This way I get no particles and have great tasting water. There is a bit of confusion about the micron size on this filter. The actual label on the filter does not say. The title on waterdropoutlet.com says 5 microns. The second image on waterdropoutlet.com says 1 micron... I suspect it is really 5 microns. I like the date labels they include so I don't need masking tape and a marker to write the date myself. The price is a great value for a 4 pack.

  • The opening on this filter is not the same as the LT1000P that came with our refrigerator. It did not fit properly on our LG LFXS26596S. The first two photos are of this filter. The second two are of our current filter. This isn't to say that this isn't a quality filter. It just isn't an exact match to the LT1000P that LG provided with our new refrigerator, and it didn't seem to sit properly when I attempted to install it.

  • The machine has a good size, super easy to set up and the quality is excellent. The filter is last about a year. We have been using this machine for about 4 months. There is no problem at all. It is good for apartment that not allowed any under-counter water filter. There is four modes to dispense water 4oz, 8oz, 16oz and 32oz. The touch button is nice and sensitive. The water tase great. You can see from the video that it decreases the bmp from 100bmp(tap water) to 3bmp(after filtered). Plus the smell of the chlorine that comes with tap water is gone. Only some downside are the water tank is kind small(L1 means refill water) and it doesn’t able to dispense 24oz (mostly water bottles we have on that size so you need to do 16oz and 8oz) lastly is about the price is slightly expensive. However, it will be worth it for the long run.

  • Good . small qty of water hold . Product is as described.

  • These filters are the same as name brand ones. Install was easy. I have a Maytag frig, and I added a name brand filter to my photos. Pressure of water comes out better too. With the name brand ones, it was slower. I will update this review if anything changes. I ordered it this morning and got it 6 hours later. Like Jimmy John's, waterdropoutlet.com fast. Make sure you check in the box for reminder stickers. As you can see, I wrote the date on my new filter. I found the month stickers in the box afterwards.

  • We have a well that is full of iron! Water is yellow is so bad. These filters have made our water usable at at camper. The picture was taken six months after installing.

  • I was so excited when the Carbon Iron and Manganese filters arrived. After both filters were installed, I did not notice any change in my water. On the fourth day, the Iron and Manganese filter is already brown with city water flowing through it.

  • I don’t write many product reviews, but I feel like this one warrants it. This is an amazing device feels high-quality and the water that comes out great I add some electrolytes to my water, but it’s nice to know that I’m drinking clean water and bring it with us on roadtrips set up and bring into somewhere like a hotel room

  • I bought this to replace Zero Water pitcher water filter, which were very expensive especially for water quality in California as I get to replace the filter so quickly. So far so good, I followed instructions and got the system running at 30 TDS level though (I guess because of California water was heavily treated). Let's see if it will work as promise-1 filter per year. Updated: after adding more water the TDS level kept rising to 45, 60 now 95 this is so unstable and I found a note stating that maybe because of water source and/or the residue of water mixing the reservoir but if it keep rising I would doubt the effective of this water filter system

  • Installed July of 2024. Filters do not last long as they claim. Water pressure will drop. With a TDS meter it measures the same amount as our unfiltered water. Hmmm? It's been removed

  • The water drop, spotless car washing system is easily the best bang for your buck compared to others. I won't name those other brands, but just for an idea, one starts with a C and ends with an R. The Waterdrop blows that away in all categories! Value: The standard 4.5”x10” resin filter changes are much easier & affordable to replace than any brands I've seen, and for the overall size, too, you just can't beat it. Water-Drop sells a replacement kit, or you can fill your own resin for better value & increased resin lifespan The build quality: is terrific, with stainless steel where needed, a thick steel mounting bracket, a bypass/off valve, and an excellent design for the bypass pipe. The bypass valve is also stainless steel, and the pipe threads are cut/protected perfectly. Make sure to Teflon tape the threads, which are standard 3/4 NPT (NOT HOSE THREAD). The results: were precisely as claimed on the listing! No water spots were left behind, not even one, during my wash process. I haven’t changed the filters yet. I’ve gone through maybe 150 gals. In addition, I'm using some pre-filters (in-line) before this unit for the high chlorine content in my area, and I hope to get 4-600 gals of spot-free rinse before needing a resin change. Please remember that the frequency of resin changes may vary depending on how clean your inflow water is. A good rule is to check your TDS with a meter before & after using. Additional notes: -This is NOT meant for drinking water. -Once TDS is above ten, it’s time to change the resin. -The units bracket can be swapped if you need to switch flow direction. -Came well packaged with Teflon tape, filter wrench, hardware, and easy-to-read instructions. -I recommend to buy it as a “package” with an extra set filters for additional savings -Pre-filtering the water for specific contaminates before this unit saves money in resin -TDS tester not included like some others. -unit is heavy but compact enough to fit behind my head in my detail van.

  • So I installed this and a descaler before my tankless water heater when I installed it. This was a pain too thread. I had copper PEX connectors and wrapped them with the "recommended" sealer. Well it was so bulky it started them crossthreading at the start. So I removed some wrap and fought to get them straightened (I did). But I was nervous to overtighten because of all the warnings on the box and on here. So after install, it leaked. And it was a process of gradually tightening them until they didn't leak and just hope that it didn't crack while I was doing it. Thats a sketchy setup. Luckily, I was able to install it without cracking/wrecking itself. But it shouldn't have taken that much effort. The descaller next to it was super simple and took a fraction of the time. Is the water clean? yes. I'll give it that. Its clean, its mounted, and it should be easy to swap cartridges, but there needs to be a better connection process.
