  • This product is easy to use. It's not big, so it doesn't take up much space on my kitchen countertop. There are a few faucet adapters included in the package, but none of them fit the faucet in my kitchen. It just took some time to find the right adapter.

  • It’s almost been two weeks since I installed and still getting cloudy water. Installation was Breeze. I’m not too happy with the purchase yet😢 I’ll keep you updated

  • This under-sink water filter has was so easy to install, even for someone like me who isn’t very handy, and the whole setup took less than 20 seconds. The quality feels solid, and the water tastes so much cleaner and fresher now. It doesn’t take up much space under the sink and works quietly without any fuss. It’s a simple, reliable solution for clean drinking water, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy upgrade.

  • I was pretty happy with the filter and have them installed under two sinks. One of them broke while we were on vacation and flooded the kitchen. So much for those 100k cyclic pressure tests. I guess they don't last 3 years after all.

  • We have been using this filter for a month, and I am pleased with its performance. I especially appreciate that you can set the faucet to dispense the desired amount of water in ounces. This is wonderful when filling a coffee pot or pitcher. I have a deep sink and it fits perfectly and doesn't take up as much space as I anticipated.

  • This filter is no working I don't have the box to send it back because my wife threw it out

  • I decided to try a Waterdrop filter in 2020. Since buying my LG refrigerator in 2008, this was the first time I had tried an non-OEM filter. Unfortunately, the Waterdrop filter got stuck, and after trying every suggestion I found on the Internet, it stayed stuck. Never had a problem with about 2 dozen LG OEM filters over 12 years. What do you see in the photo for this review? That's my LG refrigerator in the background, works absolutely great. You also see the Waterdrop filter. The thing on top of the Waterdrop filter is the LG filter head assembly that I had to remove and replace. By the way, the Waterdrop filter is still absolutely stuck, so all of it will go into the trash after I finish this review. I suggest you may not want to go through a similar experience to mine. - Plumbers, if they can even find the part (my filter head assembly is discontinued by LG), may charge you enough to where you decide to put the money towards a new refrigerator. - If you can repair it yourself, then finding a discontinued part and instructions on how to install it is not an easy and enjoyable experience. Since I really like my LG refrigerator and want to be able to replace my filters, I fixed it. And yes, it now has an OEM filter in it. By the way, since these reviews don't have a "easy to uninstall" rating, I rated "easy to install" one star.

  • I bought one of these 6 months ago and has worked fine. The new one however, the rated capacity dropped from 750 to 300 gallons.

  • This is a review of Waterdrop FXHSC Whole House Pleated Water Filter. The ASIN (waterdropoutlet.com Standard Identification Number) is B0DKHMWG6X. The filter easily dropped into the housing of a Culligan WH-HD200-C Whole House Heavy Duty 1" Filtration System, without leaking. Our water supply lines are very old and carry bad tasting, green-tinged water (see photo). This 5 micron pleated filter effectively removes the discoloration and improves the taste. I believe that the 2 pack is selling at a fair price.

  • The filter after one year. Definitely is stopping the minerals in our well water from getting into our drinking and cooking uses.

  • I was originally concerned about the box for these filters as it is just a plain cardboard box with one sticker. I included a side by side of the original LG water filter with the Waterdrop Plus filter, plus a picture of what all comes in the box (3 sets of reminder stickers, 3 filters, and an instruction pamphlet). I had no issue following the instructions and installing the filter.

  • The red light is still on, it's been a couple of months. Looks like the filter was bad. Seemed easy enough to install. The instructions in the questions area refers to steps but does not mark the steps which is important when it say skip a step... It seems easy enough to reset, but doesn't work.

  • Not bad price for 3! Water tastes great not minerals taste at all.

  • I have been using this same Waterdrop filter brand for my Samsung Fridge in the last 5 years. At first I didn't know the brand and was reluctant to try Waterdrop filter, and spent a lot more money for the Samsung filters. I took a giant step to try Waterdrop filter and have not looked back since. The date stickers are included with the filter, so yoi know exactly when to change it. Since we drink the water directly from this filter, I replace it every 3 months. We love the fresh taste of the water. What I love most, however, is the replacement process for this filter. I don't have to turn off the water at all, just remove the old filter and put in the new one. I remember I had to turn off the water everytime I replaced the filter before. Maybe it was for the old fridge, I don't remember exactly. Attached picture shows how the Waterdrop filter fits snuggly in my Samsung Fridge. Hopefully this review helps with your decision to try this Waterdrop filter. Save your hard earn money for other important things in life. Good luck!

  • The installation of the filter was quite simple. I mean how hard can it be to twist & push. The first thing I noticed was the flow through this filter is greater than the filter that came with the refrigerator. I don't know if that means anything but I like it. I did not notice any change in the taste of the water compared to the previous filter. There was no discoloring and right from the start the water was clear. I'm fine with the filter and I'd buy it again.
